Victoria Squazzo
Victoria is excited to be joining the Unwined Yoga Family as a Yoga and Pilates Instructor. Originally from New Jersey, Victoria's love for physical wellness was forged during her early years as a dancer and choreographer. Ever curious about how movement improves expression, health and vigor, she explored all forms of exercise and appreciated how these modalities offered unique pathways to physical health. In 2020, Victoria completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Certification with the amazing teachers and yogis of Bhakti Barn... which came just in time to begin teaching all of her yoga classes virtually during the pandemic. (She is so excited to finally be back to in-person classes!) Victoria firmly believes that Yoga can be for everyone and focuses on Mindy-Body-Spirit in all of her classes and the uniqueness of each person's form should be the priority in a pose or flow. When not leading a class, Victoria devotes her time to her private practice as a Reiki Master Practitioner for People and Pets...BUT she has been taking a bit of time on the side to rest after her first marathon out in Big Sur!
