Essential Gut Health Workshop
6:30 to 8:30pm

Presented by Traci Philips, CHHC

In the United States, at least 70 million people experience digestive disorders. Many more don’t know that their unlikely symptoms may also be related to trouble in their GI tracts.

Those with digestive problems are often so accustomed to stomach issues that they don’t realize how much better they could feel. They may have learned to live with the discomfort and think that’s just how it’s supposed to be. But over time, functional digestive problems can lead to chronic illnesses that are likely to impair your health even further.

Since nearly 80% of our immune system resides in the gut, it is paramount that we ensure that our digestive system functions as optimally as possible.

Join Traci Philips, CHHC as she discusses what gut health is, key concerns and modern gut issues and how to support the digestive healing process through food, supplementation and lifestyle choices.

Traci Philips, owner of That Certain Way To Wellness, offers Holistic Health & Lifestyle Coaching that assists individuals to find the wellness within by GOAL setting, ACTION planning & aligning their CORE VALUES with the daily CHOICES they make.  Traci specializes in nutrition, detoxification, weight management & empowerment training, and is also the founder of Wellness of Chatham, a group that meets to discuss topics concerning health and well-being. A native of Denver, Colorado, Traci is truly passionate about helping people make connections between what they put into their bodies & minds and their daily vitality.
