The Relationships in our Lives: A Discussion About Primary Food
The difference between Primary and Secondary foods is that Primary Food is what we “nourish” and “feed” ourselves with other than food. Secondary Food is food, itself. Think about the relationships you have with loved ones, with your work, with your physical body and with your spirituality. These are all sources of fuel and motivation for you that sustain your life.

In this discussion, Traci Philips, CHHC will talk more about how these relationships influence not only the choices you make on what time to go to bed and wake up in the morning, but on what food you consume, and how much joy or dissatisfaction you experience in life.

Sap Boilers
The Sap Boilers are Greg Henkle on mandolin and guitar, Dan Mahoney on dobro and vocals, and Brian Thomas on guitar and vocals. After many combined years in various traditional bluegrass ventures the three got together with a notion to build on their bluegrass base while pulling in some material from outside the genre. Their music includes a healthy dose of bluegrass, old and new, along with a sprinkling of classic country, folk, and old-time selections done in a style that complements the song and allows each member’s contribution to shine through .
