Yoga Basics Workshop

Have you been curious about this yoga stuff, but not really sure where to start? We have put together a two-part yoga basics workshop to give you the perfect introduction to yoga and overall wellness. Are you an experienced yogi, but want to check back in with your alignment? The series will be perfect for you too! During this 1.5-hour class, you will learn all of the basics of yoga practice: breath awareness, names of poses, sun salutations, introduction to meditation, and more. Fundamental classes move slowly and include detailed instruction on alignment as well as it relates to your body. It’s the perfect place to begin your yoga journey or enhance your current practice!
*** While we feel it is beneficial to take both parts, these classes will be designed in a way that you can take just one or the other and still get amazing benefits. Each part is $30.00, but if you take both will total $50.00. Upon completion of both parts, Unwined will offer you a 20% discount on your next class pass.
